I disagree, some of the hits that were allowed to take place in the NFL were absolutely outrageous, I don’t have a problem with eliminating vicious and dirty hits, launching your head into another person‘s head when they’re not even looking, stuff like that
not all of them, but yes, a lot of hits are flagged and a lot of them should be, you shouldn’t be able to practically close line an opponent opponent over the middle of the field, you shouldn’t be able to launch your head into another players head, some of the stuff that never got flagged 20-30 years ago was nuts.
No, what's nuts is most of them now are terrified of contact. Even thirty years ago the sport had been pussified.

I remember that hit on that one dude from Hines Ward and I thought it was one of the dirtiest most illegal ****ing hits I’ve ever seen in my life, dude has his job broken on the hit. I agree that the league practically handles quarterback hits in a way that makes no sense and they coddle the **** out of the quarterback position.
