The only Minimumweight / Light Flyweight who can beat Ricardo "Finito" Lopez ?

At his prime at 105 lbs (Minimumweight), I think only Chocolatito, Kazuto Ioka, and maybe Donnie Nietes are the only three who would have had a chance of beating him historically in the category.

At 108 lbs (Light Flyweight) he is not on his prime anymore but still a highly skilled boxer, with some high levels wins with 　Will Grigsby, Ratanapol Sor Vorapin and Zolani Petelo. I personally think Humberto González, Naoya Inoue, Chocolatito and Myung Woo Yuh are the only who had a chance of beating him in the category historically.

I think even a fading Lopez could still beat Gonzalez. Don't think he'd beat a prime Jung Koo Chang, though.

 

Hard to envision any fighter from 105 who can beat Lopez. At 108 however there's some notable fighters who I can see potentially beating him.

At 105 lbs maybe you're right, but at 108 lbs Chocolatito is at his prime.He could give him a war.

Sorry, I should have specified. I'm not referring to Chocolatito. I was referring to Humberto "Chiquita" Gonzalez. Ramon is at the very very least a live dog at both weights and I think I might well favor him at 108, yeah.
