And Herndon gave Wilder zero issues. A reasonable tune up after two consecutive losses to shed some rust, now he's taking on Chisora.

Given that Wilder proceeded to fight his mandatory and better opponents, how is this considered a duck exactly? If Whyte wasn't the mandatory, Wilder had no obligation to fight him. If he should have been a mandatory (something I personally agree with) then that's between Whyte and the WBC.

There's no excuse for AJ fighting Jake Paul when he could fight literally anyone else, especially when you're trying to rag on Wilder facing an actual boxer.

For all the criticism Wilder gets here, at least he's actually fighting better opposition. He isn't out there taking on Ngannou, Jake Paul and a kickboxer barely anyone has heard of.

No evidence for Ortiz being feared and ducked. When he was supposedly being ducked Joshua was fighting more accomplished opponents like Povetkin and Parker.

He also has multiple failed PED tests that derailed his career.

Joshua seems to be finished as a top level fighter. If he wants to take gimmick fights at this stage I don't see the problem. He isn't demanding a title shot or anything.

The WBC offered Whyte multiple eliminators, which he turned down. They offered him a WBC interim fight, and he failed his drug test. They granted him a WBC title fight, he failed miserably ... and then he had the nerve to demand they give him another title fight because he claimed Fury pushed him down, and that's why he lost.

Whyte was the most petulant whiner of that era.

There were four organizations. The other three wouldn't give him the time of day.

Whyte was even the WBO #1 contender, and when Usyk decided to move up, they bounced him.

None of you guys ever bring that up, though. Because then you would have to say Usyk and Joshua were being protected.

That doesn't fit in your Wilder bashing narrative.

Who said Joshua ducked him? I said Whyte ducked him, refused the WBC mandatory fight with Ortiz, and all those guys everyone brings up who Whyte fought, none of them fought Ortiz, either.

Ortiz was the "ducked" heavyweight contender of that era. Only Wilder had the stones to fight him ... Twice. Nobody else would.

When did Whyte, Fury, Parker, Povetkin, Chisora, Helenius, Rivas, Browne, any of them, even make an overture to fight Ortiz? Ortiz was ranked as long as any of them.

And Whyte was banned for two years for PED use. Whyte was also caught before he fought Rivas, and his team had the results hidden so the fight would go ahead.

Whyte got every opportunity with the WBC, despite him turning down multiple mandatory eliminator requests (when no other orgs were offering him anything). They let him fight for three of their belts. Silver, Interim and World.

All Whyte's opportunities came from the WBC. Not the other orgs.

Yet the "Whyte got cheated by the WBC" crew persists.

Same argument could be made for Wilder, but you don't see him fighting non-boxers.

Fury, Helenius and Parker fought Wilder who beat Ortiz so the argument they were ducking him doesn't make a lot of sense. Joshua apparently sent an offer in 2019 that was refused.

Lots of guys have struggled to land big fights though which makes me skeptical. Ajagba, Hrgovic and Hunter have all failed to land fights with Parker, Joshua, and Fury. Are they all being ducked?

I think it's more likely that Ortiz had poor management and didn't offer a lot of money

He ended up losing to fury and then fury handled Whyte with ease.

    Exactly.

Fury fought a guy with no wins in boxing. (Barely won.)

Joshua fought a guy with no wins and 1 loss in boxing and a YouTuber who lost to Fury's cruiserweight half-brother. And Joshua went six rounds with the YouTuber.

Usyk is defending the world heavyweight title against a 37-year-old guy with 1 win in boxing.

But they're still harping on Wilder (who is older than all of them, and at the end of his career), for fighting a tuneup with a 24-5 journeyman pro, who he dominated and stopped.

The last time Wilder fought someone with one win was 2009.

Wilder never fought anyone with NO wins.

Then I guess Fury, Ortiz, Parker, and Chris Arreola are feather fisted weaklings given that Wilder's "glass jaw" endured like 60 rounds with them.

Can "anybody" move a 400 pound heavy bag with their punches?

    Correct.

    Whyte ducked:

    -Ortiz for an eliminator
-Domic Brezeale for a WBC eliminator (winner faces Wilder)
Blocked Jarrel Miller when Miller offered to fight him (would have been a good fight and a good clash of styles with a hilarious buildup)
-Royally ****ed up his multi million dollar rematch opportunity with Anthony Joshua testing positive for PEDs.

Whyte is the last boxer in the history of heavyweight boxing who can complain about a supposed lack of opportunities. He was like a less talented Holyfield from the late 90's/early 2,000's except he ducked major threats instead of taking them.

And we all know the REAL reason Whyte kept being propped up as a challenger for Wilder: he was a convenient distraction/sacrificial pawn to let Joshua and Hearn stall the Wilder fight and to gauge how good Wilder was if he ever took the Joshua fight.

Usyk is the one who requested a fight with Wilder.

Unlike a lot of guy's favorite fighters, Usyk wants to let the history books determine that he beat all the biggest names of his era. Like him or not, Wilder was a big name and a dangerous puncher, Usyk has balls wanting to fight him for his legacy closure.

Chisora has 13 losses and some gidt wins, yet he would be Wilder's best win. Pathetic.

Usyk wants to fight Wilder because he is a "name" but an easy win. Also because he is American, even though almost no Americans know who Wilder is.

You have no idea what you're talking about. 78 is critical of both black and non-black, pbc or non-pbc fighters. He is one of the most unbiased boxing analysts on YouTube.

He absolutely roasted Jermell Charlo for his lack of effort against Canelo and didn't blame it on some conspiracy. He was a big Keith Thurman fan and roasted Thurman for ducking Spence.

If literally everything about Wilder's style and personality remained the same but he was Mexican, Eastern European, or Asian, about 70-80% of the people who have an irrational burning hatred of him would suddenly praise him.

He's a tall guy brings absolute chaos into the ring 24/7: a guy who will either knock you the hell out, or he loses in a brutal 1-sided fashion (either a KO or a lopsided decision). There really isn't anything in between other than the 3rd Fury fight which was a rare back and forth war.

Given both casuals and hardcore fans constantly ***** and moan about the lack of excitement in boxing/lack of knockouts and guys willing to face each other, it's a bit odd that people are so mad at Wilder bringing up stupid irrelevant crap like:

    "He's arrogant"
"He sounds crazy and uneducated with no class"
"He's sloppy and throws weird punches"

Okay, so to the people who say this, I just ask:

Do you dislike Duran? He was extremely arrogant, crazy, a sore loser, and lacked class.

Do you dislike Kubrat Pulev? Isn't he guilty of sexual assault, and didn't he talk crazy trash to Wladmir and Joshua?

Do you dislike Max Baer, the original champion of wild crazy looping punches and silly antics?

It's kind of like how people talk so much crap about Mayweather calling him "boring" for his cautious defensive/technical style, but then literally within the same era on this very board, you have people who can't stop sucking off guys like Lomachenko who is a technical boxer who lacks power.

It's also very odd given some people on this board are huge fans of boxers like Tyson who said and did WAY crazier things than Wilder ever did.

    Make it makes sense.

I know the reason why, but I won't say it.;)

What exactly is "disgusting" about his channel? Please be as specific as possible.
