Peter Badel is easily the worst Aussie boxing pundit and journalist I have ever seen. Ben Damon is a dork I used to hate him more but his play by play commentary isn't too bad I liked that he put it on Zerafa a little bit about the quit job.

 

badel comes across as the most fake person as a commentator of anything.

 

It was funny seeing him trigger Gordon Tallis on NRL 360 last week though LOL

 

Raging Bull should have given him the left right, good night.

 

Has BAB's improved his boxing knowledge over recent years or is he still the same old BAB's ?

Zuffa Boxing boss, Dana White, had been quite vocal and confrontational about not wanting to work with the other sanctioning bodies, so I don't really see how or why Mick Francis is surprised.

 

Mick Francis confirmed they received all the paperwork prefight confirming the IBF title would be on the table for the fight. That is consistent with the IBF also collecting the sanctioning fee.

Whether people agree with the IBF's decision or not, it is hard to see their process as anything but incompetent.

They sent the paperwork. They took their sanctioning fee, and then they changed their mind about a day before the fight. WTF?

 

I can confirm that the kid has improved. Still not Fab 4 material but few are.

Just heard a rumor that Michael Zerafa could be fighting Chris Eubank Jnr next. Crazy that this guy keeps getting chances.

 

Who'd pay to see that bum fight. He's finished. He took the easy way out because he knew he was going to get knocked out.

Not sure. The guy doesn't deserve another shot. If it is true I hope he gets knocked out. Eubank looked feather fisted last time out though.

 

Out of interest.. Who's the best Aussie prospects coming up?
I know of Teremoana and N Tszyu. Anyone else worth keeping an eye on?
