Benn vs Prograis off?

Everything is going against poor Conor; I'm donating toward a GoFundMe for Benn Sr's business class tickets as we speak.

 

Benn's probably having trouble cutting weight.

 

Have they drug tested him or something? Why is it off?

 

The Garcia fight makes sense all round, even if Conor doesn't warrant it. But then, neither does the kickboxer!

Both fighters silent on the socials - indicates there probably is something in this. Both are usually consistent with multiple IG stories throughout the day.

Some people speculating that Matchroom blocked it for legal reasons. Regardless I’m a bit disappointed if it’s off. Notwithstanding the size difference I was still looking forward to seeing the fight, I think Prograis is still good enough to cause Benn some problems.

Benn now has a forehead he could smoke a cigarette in the rain under. Nothing to be concerned about I suppose, just the result of ingesting 200 egg yolks a week. THE best matched, most protected, stomach churning, nepotistic nonentity I've seen in 31 years as an obsessive fan of the sport.

 

The unfunny part would be watching this tiresome, coddled charisma vacuum pounding a much smaller, washed version of a once far superior fighter as just one more stop on the hype train to cashoutville. Although I'd be happy for Rougarou to get well paid from this I don't really want to see him as another name with an asterix on Benn's resume.

 

Lots of rumors within the boxing industry that some will try to prevent Conor Benn from appearing on the undercard on April 11th.

I remember a boxer who 35 years ago wanted to leave Don King and he didn't enter the ring for almost 4 years. He had to crawl back to Don King to resume his career. Maybe the same experience awaits Conor Benn ?
