    A) Did you bother reading my rebuttal?

    B) The way what you said is worded seems to indicate that you believe that Itauma is a mandatory.

Why give a up and comer your scalp when you probably would have been them easily prime v prime.

I wouldn't. I mean, if the match were made, I would enjoy it for what it was. But thus far, Itauma has looked good beating two gatekeepers--I don't even give McKeen that status.

What is more, the way they are trying to hype him for demolishing gatkeepers, along with his shallow schedule and bizarre interviews (how many times did he say, "I don't know how to answer that" today?) STILL indicates to me that we have a potential Gerry Cooney here--not a complete hypejob but someone someone with hidden flaws.

I'm sorry but what would beating Gassiev prove? He lost to Wallin of all people.

Get Itauma to fight the winner of Wardley/Dubios or Kabayel while Usyk fluffs around with his exhibition fight. Anything else is stepping backwards.

    A) It would make him WBA regular, essentially the #1 contender. What is more, it's a path they fought to get when Pulev was the champ. That's the point.

If he can instead fight a champion or the WBC interm who's next to go wouldn't that be better?

I would agree. And it looks now like he is going to get the Wardley-Dubois winner. Well and good. The context of anything I said before ten minutes ago is that he had a viable path to the title through Gassiev, and was calling out Hrgovic and saying he otherwise didn't know who he wanted to fight.

    But conditions have now changed.

Itauma needs to fight a proper top ten fighter first.

Usyk would have destroyed the Itauma who stepped in there tonight. Drowns him in the 2nd half and stops him after going into 2nd or 3rd gear.

I disagree. Itauma would break Usyk's style, he's too fast and hits so hard.

Itauma isn’t ready for Usyk and anyone with a brain knows that

    A) I did and it didn’t relate to what I had posted

    B) No nothing in my post to suggest I believe Itauma to be a mandatory,I stated that there is an order to fight Usyk, you yourself even stated in another post “Dumb thread by a casual. Itauma is not in the Usyk lottery” then jump on my post where, basically I’ve said the same thing,

I’d like to see the fight before Usyks too old. There’s not another Usyk fight out there that interests me in any way.
If Itauma fights and bests the winner of Wardley-Dubious, then he’s ready enough for Usyk. Make it happen, give us some excitement for once
