My issue with guys like Itauma and Bam

For context, Tyson’s 14th fight was 9 months after his pro debut. It was a different world back then. I’ve got no issue with Itauma’s progress but it’s hardly comparable to Tyson.

Both of them look to be very good. But the issue is they beat up on old men, Bam at least beats up on elite old men vs Itauma is beating mediocre old men. When Bam fought that one younger Mexican dude and moved back down in weight he struggled and didn’t look like the same guy. Now Itauma is fighting corpses and looking amazing do it. No fault to him since he’s a young fighter but until he fights a young fighter who’s hungry with power like Dubois I have no idea what to expect from him.

ps i also rate Schofield to be a special boxer just like Itauma.
