A younger Jones beating Tarver disproves this.

Tarver disproved what you’re claiming to have proven.

Moorer had a good, textbook style, but a light heavyweight mentality. Camacho was gifted but got too shook by Roasrio.

Nunn could be third on that list.. or higher.

Butthurt is at an all time high if we're pretending like Roy, who is younger than Tarver, somehow got worse for the rematch bc he was six months older. Did he have Huntington's disease?

Tarver was the best guy he'd fought since Hopkins and Hopkins didn't have that kind of power.

Tarver may have beaten any version of Jones except the one he didn't lmgfao! Does playing the village idiot ever get old?

Playing the Jones was younger card? Jones had 49 fights under his belt when they first met. Tarver had 22. Jones had more world title fights under his belt than Tarver had fights! One had been in the pro game 15 years, the other 6 years

Even as a troll you are impotent.

And Jones was clearly gassed in the first fight, which was a bit weird. You can only attribute to the muscle loss. Or maybe he wasn't training as hard anymore. Maybe he'd given up the roadwork.

I think it's obvious the weight fluctuations affected him. Post Ruiz he didn't do much of anything ever again. The spark was gone.

Of these, Nunn. Canacho may or may not have been more talented, but all his big victories ( except the very narrow, controversial escape against Rosario) were against face-first types. Very carefully matched. Nunn did more.
