Nah **** it, reverse the decision, Derek should win for that idea alone

Fun fight. Not the prettiest by any means, and I dunno how much rewatch value it'll hold, but an entertaining one on the night for sure. Both guys can hold their heads high after that, hopefully on the way to retirement.

 

Going from Moses Ituama to that is like watching white collar scrap lol

 

Chisora i think will call it a day now, what a boxer over the years, never ducked anyone.

 

Both guys should retire after that, two of the most entertaining heavyweights since the start of the century retiring on the back of an in character sloppy entertaining brawl. But Wilder is still probably too delusional to do so. Or maybe he's just looking for one last payday.

i was watching some of the press run interviews for this fight and the interviewer asked chisora if he ever watches his fights back. he said he never had until recently where they ask him to revist old clips during the press run. in his own words he said "oh my god!....i cant box!"

 

Didn't catch the interview at the end. Did Wilder and Chisora mention what their future plans was?

 

Old Home Week fights are fine .... just so long as a streaming service I'm already paying $225/year doesn't ask me to throw another $50 at it ....

 

Chisora looked better against Joyce and Wallin.

 

Wilder always said he'll fight on.

yup, reckon those are some of his career highlights too or at least summaries his legacy up well. this fight was just a bit of a stinker sadly.

 

Agreed. Chisora a bit lighter would have closed the show.
