Most vicious knockdown where a fighter was able to get back up from it

    What's the most savage knockdown that you've seen where you expected the fighter to lay down flat but miraculously was able to beat the count? Whether that fighter ends up winning after that knockdown or loses, perhaps eventually getting stopped later on or even within the same round, what fight actually had you saying "how did he get up from that??"

    Larry Holmes getting dropped by a huge right hand by Earnie Shavers in the rematch is the first to come to mind. Still incredible how he managed to survive that and still end up stopping Shavers.

    Fury’s recovery from the final round KD against Wilder in their first fight was remarkable.

    Ali getting up from Frazier's hook like he was merely pushed down was pretty mental. That same left hook looked like it broke Jimmy Ellis' neck and dropped Bob Foster like he was gunned down.

    He didn't go onto win or anything, but the fact Moore got up from that Duran overhand in round 7 is astounding.

    Lewis's 3rd knockdown of Briggs.

    It was a picture perfect right hand and Briggs was flat on his back. I've always been amazed how Briggs got up from that.

    Even though he got stopped immediately it was still astonishing to see Fernando Montiel managing to get back up on his feet to beat the count after getting dropped by that lethal left hook from Nonito Donaire.

    Archie Moore hit the deck hard on that first KD vs. Durelle, and fell like a guy who'd been knocked unconscious. Pretty remarkable recovery and comeback there, especially considering his age at the time.

    Wasn't a knockdown, but against most Middleweights/ Jr. Middleweights in history, they would've been K'oed, and probably killed the average untrained man.
    John Mugabi's uppercut against Marvin Hagler in the 5th rd.
    That shot only pissed Hagler off.
    In my opinion, after he landed that punch, and Hagler only sneered, Mugabi realized he couldn't hurt Hagler, and he lost his intensity after that round.
