I think Ruiz has Parker-type power, not overly huge power but still good enough power to knock you out...

 

look at that bag work. what is he lacking? theres weight, theres speed, theres technique, theres snap.

he has both. The only variable I can think of is a lack of impulse

he should likely be fighting at light heavyweight maybe cruiser weight tops if he just can’t cut down to 3 tacos a sitting.
