I remember a dazed Tyson congratulating Lewis post-fight by saying "I take my hand off to you."

(Then again, how coherent would I be after getting tagged in the face for a half-hour straight...? )

 

Froch been a good pundit. The presentation has been decent. Not amazing but seen a lot worse.

So Tyson Fury is coming off of a 16 month layoff where he almost certainly ballooned up, at an age where bad habits and such start to catch up with a fighter, and a big fight with AJ is apparently ready to go. We all know how Turki's tune ups before highly anticipated fights have tended to go.

There will almost certainly never be a more perfect storm for Big Makh to take advantage of in his career than there is tonight.

Don't get me wrong, I've picked Tyson Fury to win tonight like most everyone else, in part cause I'd like to see him and AJ fight and a loss tonight almost certainly derails it for awhile again, if not permanently. But things are lined up pretty good for a major upset.

And in the event it happens, I reserve the right to be one of the ones a little bit less surprised than most other people

I'm feeling pretty optimistic for Prograis. He's always been a beautiful, potent, boxer as long as he is allowed to exchange with his feet planted once in a while, and that should be the case against Benn.

I might be greatly underestimating the size and physicality difference when they actually get in there though.
