Smith all day long. Benn would run a mile from this, he's avoided everyone so far so no chance he goes in with a proven World Level talent. He'd no doubt spout similar rubbish to what he did when asked about fighting Crocker if he was presented with this fight.
Smith is technically a good boxer. Benn is miles away from that. He'd just pie it off by saying it isn't commercially viable etc. There's a school of thought that Crocker hasn't won in 2.5 yr but he may do better now that he's free from @billy nelson
Benn won't go anywhere near any of the British & Irish 140/147ers. Smith, Crocker, Catterall, Donovan etc. He's banking on Garcia having a wobble or an over hyped American like Barrios getting hold of a belt again.
