Connor Benn the fake roadman is a fraud and a megabum

Algieri and Van Heerden know they were knocked out by a drug cheat, something that must be really hard to live with. Just like his stablemate Felix Cash, the power vanished after a failed test. Conor may be the most cringeworthy person I've ever seen in sport. He knows he's a fraud as well as anybody. He's a free agent apparently, and the only way he gets yet another mind blowing cheque is to actually fight someone elite, so the charade will likely end very soon.

 

On the plus side, the higher they rise the higher they fall, and Benn has risen to a much higher stature than his talent commands. When he finally gets in with a world class opponent he is going to crash and burn, and it will be glorious.

 

I said that watching it. Dunno how they chalked that first round knockdown off.

 

Benn looked a lot weaker and I think another 2.5lbs cut will take even a lot more out of him.

He couldn’t cut it with most Euro level fighters his weight 154lbs/160lbs. CEJ while never truly great was a shell of himself in his fights with Benn especially the second mainly due to his ridiculous weight cut.

Benn has made his name feasting on light hitting 140lbers, 10-15 years older than him.

I know Prograis was a 37 year old, injured and getting dragged up 2 weights but he was still Benn’s most dangerous test to date under 154lbs.

If Benn keeps all of his strength at 147lbs he’d give Ryan Garcia a few problems and probably lose on points but if like I suspect he gets even weaker it’ll end on the canvas for him imo.

We would see Conor take the hardest shots of his career from Garcia too. How would he take that?

 

Garcia would flatten him, once one landed that would be it, he might carry on for a bit but that's the beginning of the end.

 

Conner Benn has been a bang average boxer from day with no amateur background, just his daddies name and a loud mouth .. fair play he conning the casuals lol and making tons of money ..

Forget the American 147 fighters.. both Dalton Smith and Adam Azim beat the life out of him at 147 when they move up ..

 

I think Henn has to go down the Eubank trilogy line to keep the gravy train flowing. He knows he can't fight anyone half alive, that would be for cash out time. He will want to keep his materialistic lifestyle going as well, low frequency individual.

 

Area level talent, world champion pay days. Boxing is a crazy sport.
