Putting Hrgovic ahead of Dubios is a bit odd too, maybe it's not in order.

It's got definite Bernardo Mercado, Marty Monroe, Alfredo Evangelista, Kallie Knoetze, Leory Jones, Scott Ledoux, Domingo D'Elia vibes. With a shopworn Earnie Shavers thrown in for good measure.

    Transition era in full.

I don't know what's worse. Having Itauma at #2 or having Riakpohre on there period. Bakole could roll off his couch at 400 pounds tomorrow and send Riakpohre to the Shadow Realm. Parker would finish him in about 3-4 rounds. Zhang would knock his head off his shoulders and then keel over from asphyxiation, but a win is a win!

Itauma has done nothing at al to be #2...not even top ten.

Yeah maybe not a definitive fighter-led era per se, just more to do with the quality of the division as a whole in 2026.

Probably just squeaks into the top ten (division is rather stagnant atm), but #2 is ridiculous considering Wardley is a title holder lol.

Given crappy matchmaking it's inevitable that lots of top 10 guys will be unproven. Bakole and Ajagba are both almost totally unproven as is Gassiev.

But he has faced Wallin level guys without losing so in that respect he seems a better pick than Gassiev.

I'm liking the fact you also don't buy hype jobs either.

He has faced no one of even Wallin level, unless you mean Whyte, who is totally shot, off the PEDs, and visibly frail.

Gassiev? Uhhhhh Gassiev who has defeated who exactly at HW? The guy lost to Otto fking Wallin.

He beat a 44 year old shot to absolute **** Pulev who, I am not joking, I think Jake Paul has a reasonable shot at beating.

Does anyone even care about the Ring ratings anymore?

Every era has some questionable Top 10 guys at the back end of the rankings. The mighty 90's had guys like Phil Jackson, Alexander Zolkin and Alex Garcia. The 70's had guys like Jack Bodell and Jose Ibar Urtain.
