Wilder v Breazeale was Wilder's peak performance, granted. But that was nearly 7 years ago

I’ve picked Wilder, but it isn’t a confident pick.

"I didn't pick Wilder to beat Parker or Zhang"

Is that really true though? I can have a look and get back to you. By the way, scoring 4 KD's doesn't necessarily equate to one win, let alone three, and you got your prediction wrong for all three Fury fights. So historically you have been very biased in favour of Wilder relative to his actual ability.

"I don't need to tell you who did better against all three."

Wallin fought Fury once so it's not a fair comparison, but even then it's debatable. He went the distance in a 9-3 fight, whereas Wilder got stopped twice.

Nor is how Wilder did against Chisora or Breazeale that relevant to how he'd do against Wallin, totally different styles.

"Deontay Wilder has dropped or stopped his opponents in 48 of his 50 fights"

Fury 2, Parker and Zhang, so no. Even Stiverne 1 wasn't counted as a KD officially, so it's arguably 46.

I checked a couple of posts and bumped into this.

You've consistently picked shot to pieces Wilder to beat Usyk ffs.

Did you ignore the ones where I didn't pick him? And where people accused me of discounting Wilder's chances against Parker because THEY were picking Wilder?

YOU picked Wilder to beat Parker.

I'm not even a Wilder hater but I am completely baffled as to why Dubblechin rates him so bloody highly

    I did

I've never been big on Parker, in fact I'm still not

Wilder of old would have knocked him out but that indeed was the night we discovered he was pretty much done

Man, I was a BIG Wilder fan a long while back. Probably before he won his belt. I thought, "This is what US Boxing needs. A big HW, who has the looks, that is KOing everyone." There was no reason for him NOT to become a huge star back then.

Then he won a belt, refused to face a live body. His own trainer or whatever said he wasn't ready for Wlad (old Wlad BTW) even as a belt holder. Which is just ridiculous. Once you have one of the major belts, you are ready for all comers.

I could not support that kind of crap.

I'm completely baffled why people don't.

He lost one decision in 50 fights. He floored or stopped all but two of his opponents in 50 fights. Five-year heavyweight title reign. 10 successful defenses against, including one against Fury.

Just constant bashing. Even when he goes to England and knocks Chisora all over and OUT of the ring multiple times, and the officials are so biased it raises outrage across the world on social media ...

Here, people say just shut up. He's shot. Nothing to see here.

Amazing. And then people try to lift up Wallin, who just freaking lost to the same Chisora the fight previous and got knocked all over the ring himself, like he accomplished anything remotely close.

    I'll never get it. Never.

We should have them fight and see the result to determine who is better.

Oh wait, Chisora dominated Wallin? Someone tell Otto that people STILL think he's better than Chisora because of...a decision win over Gassiev.
