Another Ben Whitaker fight with no sporting value. I've seen Braian Suarez several times and he's worthless. Whitaker KO within 2 rounds.
Boxing News: TNT Sports X Dazn » April 9, 2026 Let´s hope TNT Sports here in the U.K. will broadcast these shows.
Is it the same Suarez who Lyndon Arthur knocked out about 3 years ago? Surely he’s above that level now.
Is this the great heights we are being told Zuffa can't possibly reach? What a complete waste of time of a show. I guess they won't pull it as they ha e dates to fill
That's got to be the worse Matchroom show since they started 15 years ago. I really hope everyone who had bought a ticket got their money back. Morrell Smith to this is quite the drop of. Back in the days of itv this show would have been binned.
Agree with this, there’s clearly something going on with him with some part of his game which we will find out soon enough. He has a good amateur pedigree, is big at the weight, but at this rate will not fulfil his potential. The only saving grace for him is that the top boxers at 175lbs are either stepping up in weight or getting old so he may be able to sneak a vacant alphabet belt at some point in a couple of years. That would be underwhelming though.
This content is protected Usually annoys me when they force women on us but I’ll happily watch them 4.
Woolhouse is alright actually, especially when you compare her to that Claudia one over in the states doing post fight interviews
Woolly Anna has had a few detractors on here purely for being a woman, but the boxing fraternity seem to like her - probably through getting to know each other for the last 10-12 years. Good for her.
Say what you like about DAZN they really are going nowhere. We've had loads of people on the forum saying they are going bust and only have 30 subscribers ( my old mate Beale, God bless him ) but these guys aren't joining if it's a sinking ship. Throw in deals with Queensbury Matchroom Boxxer ( i think ) Golden Boy and Top Rank etc, they are the home of Boxing whether you like it or not. Its not perfect, I hate Adam Smith being the voice of British boxing when there are much better options elsewhere ( Steve Holdsworth would have been fantastic ) but it is what it is and it is undoubtedly the best schedule that we've ever had, certainly quantity wise and i go back to the very early days of Sky. Interesting that Woolhouse would rather be on DAZN than Sky. There's a lot of options on Sky and she does darts at Christmas plus they've got the women's boxing. She really must love the game to move across.
