Oscar De La Hoya vs Terence Crawford

Finally some common sense applied.

Most of these guys just debate on stats.

 

Oscar lost all his big fight. Bud v Oscar is a big fight. Therefore Oscar loses.

 

At 135 would be Oscar's best chance. 147 bud kos oscar.

 

After seeing more, I conclude Crawford beats both DLH and Mosley. No question about it. He simply rises to the occasion and can win in more than one way.

Gamboa, Postol, Spence, Canelo, etc., were different styles/looks from Bud. He would adjust and do the same w Mosley and DLH.

Ive also stated Bud wouldve beaten Manny and Floyd, too. I am that bullish

 

Yeah, PBC is criminal. They blackballed Bud before and after Spence. PBC wouldnt even let Tszyu or Fundora fight Bud. Legit corruption. Thats why I dont back PBC at all...like zero.

PBC conspired to sabotage Bud since he wouldnt sign w them. Bud wouldve beat entire PBC roster 147-160.

 

People don't give FM enough credit for the ODH fight. He was fighting at 154, not his best weight. There was a weight clause that ODH put in. FM could not come in under a certain weight.I believe it was 152 pounds. ODH wanted to slow him down. So in reality, both guys weren't at there best that night.

A ODH/Bud fight at 147 would be great. I give the edge to ODH. Only because he has a better resume.

 

Prime ODH is way better than any shell Bud has pieced up.. Oscar fought prime killers, Crawford beats washed fighters

 

Crawford would school Delahoya. The only question is if he could also KO DLH? It's possible but DLH goes into a shell when hurt

 

PBC was garbage. All hype, no substance

 

At 135 maybe I'd edge ODLH

At 140 or above is Terence Crawford

 

Bud will dominate Oscar at 147....
Bud will KO Oscar at 147....


Gimme a break. Obviously TC would be a live dog and a threat. But Oscar was much more proven at 147 and against better guys.
TC 'COULD' win, but it would not be easy and no way would it be by TKO. Oscar had a great chin. And this is coming from a poster the board Golden Girls used called an Oscar hater.

Terence has barely fought any real, prime, top level fighters.

 

Floyd was still a great, great fighter in 2007.

Oscar hadn’t fought in a year, and he’d only fought once in 3 years.

He then retired the following year.
