I don't know how you can fight a middle aged man who hasn't won in 10 years. An amateur would wipe the floor with him. Blokes getting title shots barely a year after they get knocked the **** out as well winning a couple of fights. Then you have guys who legitimately deserve one and never get it or have to wait forever.

 

Joeshon James is a decent step up opponent for Callum Peters. He's upset a number of prospects previously.

 

Just saw that. His last win was against...wait for it...Bowie Tupou. Hmmm. Young Alex Jr is still a novice in many respects & Long's recent activity & quality of opposition has been good. He'll do plenty of clinching & young Alex will learn a thing or two I reckon. The guy did go 10 rounds with Kiki Toa Leutele in 2023 so I suspect he could pose more problems than people expect. He's huge, for starters.

 

Alex smokes him.

 

Tough fight for Cal at this stage.

 

Hopefully Peters coaches can get into his head and enforce more discipline in the ring. Execute a game plan. Wouldn't hurt Callum to do more rounds. Let the Stoppages come naturally instead of forcing it.
