I truly think the Toney vs McCallum trilogy is the best display of technical boxing ever over 36 rounds. The first two were as good as it gets.

the Cross Hand Trap but specifically from southpaw to orthodox. It's a simple technique, you simply reach out across yourself and put your glove over theirs. Ie, cross their guard and trap their hand.

Usyk used it against Joshua to stop him from throwing his right hand; which worked well; but in response to it, Joshua began outstretching his right hand to meet Usyks, in a lead to rear hand fight (like crossed swords or something). This opened Joshua up for Usyk's left hand, which he then landed regularly thanks to the cross hand trap. It's awesome stuff.

Another example is an orthodox vs Orthodox match-up, where Hopkins used it with his right hand to check (I think) Tavoris Cloud's right hand, which he used to land leaping left hooks.

I've always liked boxers who were committed to going to the body. I think that's been one of the biggest lost techniques of the sport over the years. So many examples, but Greats like Eder Jofre understanding that a powerful committed body attack over the course of the fight is so important in stopping your opponent, as he did , with many vicious KO's to the body.

Like most sports footwork is the foundation to everything, and poetry in motion to watch

The broken rhythm, footwork, stuttering of punches and head movement of Jersey Joe Walcott. In combination it was so hypnotizing he could have his hands down in front of Joe Louis, which should have been suicide, but remain completely safe.
