I’ve created a new documentary, and this time it’s dedicated to Arturo Gatti and his rivalry with Ivan Robinson. I made this film in honor of Arturo Gatti’s recent birthday. For me, boxing has never been something one-dimensional. I’ve never believed that every fighter has to be perfect like Floyd Mayweather or a devastating puncher like Mike Tyson. To me, boxing is about personalities. Every style has its own value. I’m not one of those who criticize Arturo Gatti — I believe he was a truly unique fighter who gave us unforgettable emotions. I have the same deep respect for Ivan Robinson. I first watched their first fight when I was just six years old, together with my father. Because of that, my impression of their two-fight series is even stronger than of the Gatti–Ward trilogy. It was something I experienced for the very first time, and those first emotions are hard to surpass. I hope you enjoy my film — I made it with heart. Wishing all boxing fans a great mood and a good watch. This content is protected
Cant say great work as I will watch later but I loved both these guys and their fights were epic even though Gatti was somewhat at his worst in his personal life here. Before the rematch he was drinking wine from a paper cup in front of tge press. Btw these guys were friends.
