Then watch Miller and Hrgović fights again. He also took a lot of punishment against Joyce until he couldn't fight anymore due to his face being broken.
Miller sucks and has no power when off the drugs, and he headbutted Hrgovic to a stoppage. Not great examples tbh
Against Usyk he was mentally defeated. He can take a punch and a beating but only if he is able to get his offence off - see Hrgovic and miller fights. But with Usyk shutting down his offence completely he felt there was no way to victory. Wardley on the other hand seemed like he’d keep trying even though he’s down 11-0
Yeah, that's what Warren told everyone. Which makes it seem even more like a fix. This guy tears his ACL, takes three knees, and as Lerena you don't just blitz this dude and get him out of there? You just stand there and eat punches until it a bit of time has gone by before retreating to the ropes to get finished? If anyone believes that was legit I've got some ocean front property in Arizona I'm looking to sell.
Hrgovic and Miller don't really punch that hard, so all that does is prove my point that the moment things get tough for Dubios he throws in the towel. He's a quitter.
You can take punishment even from the pillow fisted fighters if you take nough punches. Fury wasn't a KO master either, but Wilder took a lot of punishment in their fights.
Fury joined with Kronk and likely hits harder than Hrgovic and Miller. Dubios getting stopped by Usyk's jab and dropped by Lerena multiple times is also rather telling.
Thats the opinion of someone who knows nothing about boxing or combat sports. Light punches from somebody who weighs 200 pounds plus are still painful and do damage. Thats painfully obvious.
