Bank looks great. He does like to complain though - which might suggest a vulnerable character when things get tough down the line.

Ha to speak of the devil, Paulinus is stopped with a liver shot. Canelo the Nordic Nightmare is coming for you (I don't know if that is Bank's nickname, but that is what I am calling him from now on).

 Exactly the same here. I couldn't have described it better myself. I'll add also feeling really wired and wide awake even after having been up for a ridiculous amount of time

Bank boxed a classy fight and moves well. The opponent did not really do much though. Nice win over Scull, I'd like to see more of Bank

Sometimes I wish I had some of these guys on speed dial, I could just call Wlad up, and he could come over, and knock me the **** out with a left hook.

Bank is good. Risky style, even more so vs a tall rangy puncher with a KO 90%, but he's clearly very skilled, it isn't easy to anticipate and see his shots coming, and he packs a punch. I feel like he could of ended that earlier if he wanted to. Quality body shot that lead to the finish

 It would take a Wlad to KO you with that Brit Level Aries chin

I've always found the secret of a good nights sleep is not to think of anything beyond about the year 1500.
Either that or after the year 21500.

    Unfortunately, that's 100% true!

    I'll repost this from 2021.:sisi1

My threshold for pain is inhuman. I was helping my brother in law, build the roof on his carport, and I held an 80 pound piece of sheet wood across my shoulders on top of a ladder, for 30 minutes straight. It got to the point where the pain was terrible, yet I didn't want to look like a pussy, so I fought through it. I had excruciating back pain for about 3 years, it was a pinched sciatic nerve, but I don't like whining, so I never saw anyone about it. I finally fixed it with stretching exercises. I had a pretty bad fracture in my leg, never went to the doctor about, but found out about it later. I got stabbed in the arm by a ballpoint pen, it went in about a half an inch, it didn't really bother me. I jumped from the back of a truck to the porch, but missed, cracked my shin on concrete, another fracture, one I could feel, never went to the doctor. I sliced my arm open with a rusty pipe, still have a scar, I bled all over the place, it bother bother me.

I've been hit in the head more times than I can count, including bouncing the back of my head off concrete (skateboarding), ran into open cabinets full speed head first, headbutted by a running boxer dog. Rabbit punched by a kid running up behind me full force. A 2x4 landed on my head, that was holding the curtains up, it fell about 10 feet. I smashed myself in the jaw with the wooden handle of a branch clipper, I was fine. And I tripped over a chain in the park. I was jogging at night, didn't even realize it was there, went down chin first, didn't blackout or anything. Also I got into a fight with my cousin, he hit me in the head with a metal bowl.

Sometimes I feel like a crash test dummy.

The only time I'll ever take an aspirin is if I have a bad toothache.

That usually works pretty well for me when I'm in a calm mood, but when I'm even slightly on edge, it's near impossible.

Personally am not impressed by him. Guy thinks he's the second coming of RJJ and plays with his food too much. Would be nice to see another Danish boxer take over 168 since it's been a long time since prime Kessler, but Bank is going to get exposed once he steps up to world level. The guy only knows how to fight with his hands down and he will be outclassed against any of the top guys at the weight class.

Yeah, it doesn't even work for me if I have some excessively pertinent bull**** to deal with. Good as a general rule of thumb though. Don't wallow, nothing will be solved now.

I'm now watching Americans clapping young men in suits. This would be the draft, I suppose.
