Listening to the broadcast team you would have thought they were attached to an appendage of Eggington or something lol talking how he was up BIG mid way thru and into round 7. Not saying Im the best judge of a go but I thought it was all square after 6 and had it 85-85 at the stoppage. And the knockdown in the 8th put Walker up 1 on my card.

 

Because he's not interested in domestic guys.....never has been. You're not resigning with those big money boys to fight guys like Walker, it doesn't do anything for him or Zuffa.

 

Aaron McKenna would be a good fight

 

IMO Walker should stick to 147 as that is where he is most effective, and he said as much in the post fight interview. McKenna is a MW so that is pretty much a non-starter.

What a great fight this turned out to be. Honestly the best fight out of the lot of May 2. Shades of Gatti vs Ward. FOTY contender thus far.
