Benavidez didn't wait for Canelo and went up and made his own history.

Benavidez, after grabbing the low hanging fruit in the cruiserweight division, he better get the hell out of there. Back to 175, if he's smart.

    Comprehensive

Zurdo gave his best and is a very tough bloke, but Benavidez is levels away and I'm not sure my man Jai Opetaia handles him. Fk I hope we get to see though.

That’s a bit harsh. Zurdo has way more heart and ability.

Very impressive. Zurdo looked like dog poop, too heavy, slow and ponderous like he did vs Dorticos but no one expected Benavidez to go through him like that and get him out of there. Zurdo pulled a no mas

Need to see Benavidez vs Opetaia next Bivol and Beterbiev have unfinished business and likely ain't gonna be available anytime soon

A little confused, but why does it seem like a lot of people on the forum hate Benavidez and want him to lose tonight?

he beats betebiev easily just cause hes old now.. bivol i dunno it depends how his spine/back issues have effected him. benavidez i dont think would be able to touch a 100% bivol lol.

He broke his nose and arguably broke his orbital bone.

Benavidez landed more punches on Zurdo in 6 rounds than Bivol did over 12 rounds.

Zurdo took alot of punishment and had bad injuries to his nose and eye.

I don't call that quitting he was just outclassed and tried his best but couldn't continue no shame in that.

    Damn
Embarrassing card and generally a complete lack of understanding of what was going on in the ring. Though after years of lurking here, I've figured you tend to have prefilled cards when your bias is present. Shameful
