3 fights at LHW, two go to Decision and one is a finish against Anthony Yarde who gets stopped by anyone good, goes up 25 pounds and demolishes a two belt champ. It looks a bit crazy but Zurdo fought David's fight and even with David having insane hand speed is just a ****ing snail in terms of speed.

Not sure why people think opetaia beats benevidez. I think Benevidez absolutely wrecks him.

Because he has no belt and is a nobody? Since when do elite fighters fight tough opponents for fun"?

Really hard to pick because both are unbeaten. Bring it on I say and settle it.

Undoubtedly David's performance today has me concerned for my man Jai. David wears a few to land those soul destroying combos, but Ramirez couldn't take much advantage.

What a weapon David is. I had taken little notice before, apart from Yarde, and I'm a convert after today. Zurdo was a tough and skillful boxer without a backward step before David retired him, there isn't any coming back from that..

You think Bivol is a tougher fight than Opetaia?

    You’re delusional.

Wearing a few from Zurdo is entirely different to wearing the same from Opetaia.

Benavidez chin wouldn’t cope with the massive difference in power.

Opetaia takes Zurdo out just as easily as Benavidez did. Zurdo has always been a fraud.

Zurdo ducked Opetaia just to get beat up like this.

Breidis is an all time great. And he’s a natural CW. He couldn’t crack Opetaia in 24 rounds so that argument goes both ways.

Fair play to Benavidez for destroying the fraud Zurdo. But Opetaia is a massive step up from that.

I’m sure we’d all love to see it but those who are using today’s fight to downplay Opetaia are being disingenuous. Zurdo wouldn’t be competitive against Opetaia either.

Zurdo is a good fighter. Jai is a great fighter. Bivol is an elite fighter.

Benny hasn't been in the ring with anyone on the level of either Jai or Bivol. Not saying he out and out gets beat, but it would be a big step up. Jai can legitimately crack and he's a crazy person who will finish a fight against a (should be) HoFer with a broken jaw. Bivol is a master technician who isn't going to stand directly in front of Benny and let him rev up to full speed with those punches. I wouldn't have Benny favored to beat either of them.

That was an excellent win against Zurdo.

Benavidez does have his flaws, but his main strengths are pretty impressive.

Like I said earlier, you will be educated on how good David is. Many people think he is just a basic volume puncher but that could not be further from the truth. Elite speed, power, accuracy with the skill and IQ to back it up. Bivol will be the next to fall if he has the balls to fight him whixh I doubt. David is generational.

My issue with Opetaia anytime he's been in there with someone that could hit his face starts to break apart.

A 40 year old in his last fight made Opetaia's face look like he'd walked into a brickwall.

And we all see how much damage Benavidez done to Zurdo in quick time aswell.

I'm not saying I make anyone a clear favourite but the way Opetaia's face breaks apart against any notable hitter is a bit alarming.

And David destroyed him. Glanton is a can and went the distance with Jai. David would have sent Glanton to the hospital like Zurdo.
