Honest Opinions on Jai and his fans by extension

Jai's a simpleton.

Throw a contract in his face and he signs.

But to a certain extent he is the boogeyman.

 

I like him as a fighter, but if he's the "boogeyman" he can always step up to heavyweight. I'm sure there will be plenty of fighters willing to get in the ring with him.

 

He’s the best in the division, however the quality of the rest of the division is subject to opinion

I rate him, good fighter and good to watch-is he overrated yes probably slightly imo -his opponents are questionable to say the least and as such there’s not really a yardstick to compare him with imo

The zuffa move is a strange one as said, reading between the lines it was a decision maybe born out of frustration as opposed to one made to genuinely advance his position

How do you know Zuffa isnt gonna sign some rated fighters?
They signed Glanton and CBS specifically to match them with Jai.Rozicki is also signed.
It s not like the rest of the top 10 outside Zurdo is hard to sign.

 

Zuffa might sign some more highly rated fighters, but I hope they don’t. The only positive outcome for boxing as a whole regarding Zuffa is if it falls on its face and goes away. What Dana White is doing is incredibly dangerous and would set a very disadvantageous precedent for boxers and not just their earning potential, but their autonomy and safety.

It’s irrelevant to the conversation, but I hate Dana White. And I hate anyone who defends his business practices. He’s a ****.

As far as Jai is concerned, yes, he’s the best cruiserweight in the world as far as the eye-test has shown us so far, but no one now cares, because he wilfully signed to fight in a farmers league, whilst defending his intention to become undisputed. Those 2 things are at odds with each other, and I don’t think Jai is bothered for media manipulation. I think he or his management have just made an absolute ****ing blunder. And whilst he doesn’t deserve the likely stalling to his career that this will bring, he does deserve all the trolling.

 

Not that we know of. Dana’s gambling addiction will surely have got him friendly with a few mobsters.

 

It would’ve been an ‘owfah he cayn’t refuce’ for Jai, no doubt.
