there are plenty of guys david could beat at hw, cause theres a lot of guys who cant really fight, its a terribly weak division. but he isnt beating usyk, hes too big and skilled. david cant load up against usyk like he was able to do against zurdo, cause he gets clipped. hes already fighting above his natural fighting weight as it is.
i took some time to really study opetaia today to see how i think a fight would go. i think david beats the crap out of him. i hadnt realized the difference in levels when you really analyze their movement, reactions and execution. Jai isn't ready for someone operating at these levels, he lacks experience. he makes too many mistakes you wont get away with against elite level fighters. it wouldnt be close, and i will avatar bet on that.

This would be the best gauge. Not convinced Benny beats Opetai but its a good looking fight now

Ye clearly feather fisted. Zurdo gave up because he was bored apparently.

Umar Salamov is 15th on boxrec, a mediocre 175lbs fighter, so yes I’d have Benavidez in the top 15 based on that.

I don't understand how the boxrec algorithm works, his best win is against a guy ranked 112 at HW
