Not true tbh Most kids in gyms near me seem to want to become WBC champ and these are professional boxing gyms (Peacock, Tibbs etc) Just shows the lure of that belt... Admittedly I find that odd
I understand. But nostalgia isnt intrinsic value no? I personally like how the WBC belt looks however they are crooks.Does it make it more appealing to me?Yeah I guess. Is the values upon which it functions correct? Not at all. What I stated is not opinion. Having Viddal Riley ranked above Jai Opetaia is objectively and factually tremendously wrong. That is fact not opinion. Not having Devin Haney in the top 15 welterweights in the world is objectvely wrong. Not opinion. Do you disagree here?
So us agreeing on certain boxers rankings being incorrect means we your right overall? No it don't work like that lol I mean the current Ring owner is funded by a state which is questionable... We can all find fault everywhere I value your points, I really do but dont have to agree with all of them
Yes,in terms of what the read was asking for,yes absolutely. How can the IBF title mean more when it s rankings are objectively flawed?Based only upon corruption? It cant . It doesnt matter who funds the Ring, based on the curernt crop, they re title means much more than the IBF bauble.
To you sure To me no Not quite sure what else I can say as we just have different opinions I won't change yours and you won't change mine
Then you dont understand the question. If somebody asks us who is a better football palyer Maradona or Domenico Morfeo and I say Maradona and you say Morfeo it s not my opinion vs yours. One guy is wrong and one guy isnt.
OK lol Terrible analogy tbh but you do you The question is which means the most? Yes? I don't see any criteria added by the OP so therefore it's based on opinions and what we as individuals like and enjoy
I don't see any value in arguing with you as I'm not actually saying your incorrect I'm just saying my view is different Find me a subject to argue about that I actually think is worthwhile and I'll argue all day
Its crazy how each of the WBC, WBA, IBF have their own ridiculous issues that could have easily been avoided. The WBC are painfully biased and are a clown show. The WBA with the Browne and Charr situation speaks for itself. The IBF rankings are an absolute disgrace, enforcing rematches between champions and journeymen on a consistent basis.
