I'm going with the SMOKE .
I don't like picking against that version of Joe.

 

I like Holyfield. More complete fighter, more arrows in his quiver.

 

Joe Frazier by narrow decision in a bloodbath. Both guys will be damaged goods after this.

When Holyfield actually paid attention to his footwork (which he should have done more of), he could be dominant.

 

Agreed, he was also incredibly fortunate to be trained by the great George Benton who also trained Pernell Whitaker

Very simple. Frazier forces Holy to fight his fight. Holy does ok for a few rounds then Joe takes over. An exhausted Holy perhaps makes it to the end.

 

The Holyfield that fought when he should have boxed vs Bowe loses to Feazier.

They almost didn't against a lesser Frazier facsimile in Cooper.

This would be a helluva match-up.

 

Frazier, Holyfield was a fast starter and would take the first 3 rounds or so. Frazier would catch up though and start pushing him back from the mid rounds on. Holyfield would have his moments and swing the momentum in his favor at time, but Joe would cut off his momentum with big left hooks to his body that slow his momentum. It' a close decision in the end with Frazier taking most of the mid to late rounds, maybe even scoring a knockdown along the way.
