I think more credit needs to be given to Rico.

He surpassed my expectations and then some.

Rico's footwork for a 250 pound man was actually incredible.

The angles and feinting was very impressive aswell and his stamina was also very surprising.

Usyk didn't look good I said prior to the fight Usyk weighing 233 pounds was a cause for concern and I was right.

Usyk looked sluggish at the weight and his punches didn't look sharp to me.

It kind of reminded of Ali against Young when he was also 230 pounds a similar weight to what Usyk was.

As for the fight itself ? I felt Rico was ahead and deserved to be ahead IMO.

Rico was the effective aggressor and bullied Usyk along the ropes he did his job very well as the bigger man.

As for the stoppage I'm not happy with the stoppage at all.

Yes Usyk more than likely would've stopped Rico in the 12th round but atleast give him a chance in the final round.

Rico fought his heart out and deserved the chance to try and survive the 12th round.

    All in all......

Rico proved he has the skills and he could've probably competed well as a boxer. But I feel like trying to start a boxing career at age 37 is too long in the tooth, and Rico has already took alot of punishment in his Kickboxing career.

I'm not sure what to make of Usyk TBH or what to make of his future.

I think the weight didn't help Usyk but I'm also not sure if he started to age over night or Rico just had a troubling style for him.

But Usyk has to fight Kabayel now or just retire and if Usyk wants to retire seeing as how he's nearing 40 years old that's fine.

But I would like to see Usyk finish off his career with a better performance.

Fury got nothing to offer. Usyk already figured him out. He should take a risk a cement his legacy and beat Kabayel

These cross over fights don’t seem to go well for boxers most of the time. They are a crazy risk and rarely go according to script.

He should retire. He isn't beating Kabayel.. Or Ituama. Not on that performance.

Right... even the punch perfect for his entire career Mayweather looked 'off it' vs McGregor. If that fight was a 10 rounder instead of 12 McNugget would have finished the fight and been close.

Imo he should probably retire. I love Usyk, but his feet and hands were slow... No feints or footwork at all. And Rico did very well, and showcased some skills and roughhouse tactics on the inside as well.

Early stoppage, but Rico looked out of it to be fair.

Only AJ has retained the honor of Boxing so far, lol. Rico is a better boxer than Ngannou, but still...

Fury's performance vs Ngannou was even worse.
