It goes to show you can't just beat 5 guys and be called the GOAT. Too many styles, too many things can go wrong.
He's still here. He just won a fight by TKO. Look, I told everyone this was going to be tougher than expected, and yeah, Usyk is nearly 40. He should hang them up. But let's recap his career. UNDEFEATED Undisputed cruiser Undisputed heavy 12 combined title defenses 14 combined title fight wins Never been off his feet Defeated 8 other titlists in 11 fights Beat the #2, #3, and #4 heavyweights of the era, all 2X titlists, in six fights. Yeah, still pretty good, there.
You gotta get on outta here with that alley-cat-coat wearin' Hush-puppy-shoe-wearing crumb cake I saw you with 'Cause you dismissed! That's right, silly rabbit Trix are made for kids, don't you know that? You without me: like cornflake without the milk It's my world, you just a squirrel, tryin' to get a nut Now get on outta here! Ah! Don't touch that coat!
Imagine kicking off with "No one cares" and then making a dozen blatantly obvious butthurt cope posts in under 40 minutes You can't make this **** up
Usyk has had 25 pro fights in his life, 9 at heavyweight. Prior to this he'd beaten just 5 different heavyweights. This was never GOAT material at heavyweight, neither H2H nor resume. He would be a great in the cruiserweight division, in a division that's had a very mundane history excepting himself and Holyfield. He's automatically a top 2 cruiserweight and some will reasonably argue he might be numero uno there. P4P he will go down as an ATG, he had an excellent run at cruiser and a fine one at heavyweight where he has had a lot of meat and very little filler. He can still bounce back and add to his heavyweight record. Fury copped enormous criticism when he was sub par against his own kickboxer. Even if past his best he fought quite respectfully vs Usyk. Resume wise it'd be awfully hard to keep Usyk out of the top 20, even with limited fights, due to fighting plenty of highly ranked contenders in his short stint and winning. A couple of good wins against guys like Itauma would slip him up further. H2H is open to debate. He's somewhere inside the top 20, some will argue higher. He's top 2 H2H at cruiser for mine. It's sure no given he'd beat Holyfield. If we play the game of him having an in ring weight of around 206-208 on fight night, well, Evander looked awfully sharp when he won the title off Douglas at.....208. I'm not writing him off yet, lets see how his next couple of fights go if he still decides to have them.
I'll say this John. Thousands of slaves died to build the pyramids, and this is still the worst thing that's ever happened there. I thought Usyk's streak of victories vs Fury, AJ and Dubois got him in like, the top 15 at HW. I had him higher than Dempsey and Liston. Not anymore This is genuinely like, the worst win I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. Kabayel better murder this man by punching his liver into failure or else I'm switching from watching Boxing to ****ing Tai Chi videos. If Usyk retires undefeated and joins an actual warrior like Marciano as the only undefeated HW champs, I'm gonna go and terrorise a spider so bad that it commits suicide by strangling itself in its own webbing. I'm tired, I think I need a break from this ****ing sport. Wanted to have my amateur debut this summer. I think I'll just use the exercise to get a killer body and become a male stripper.
Slaves did not build the pyramids. Paid workers did. Nothing wrong happened here. Rico was knocked down, got up, got extra recovery time, did not defend himself, and was stopped. Same as Chavez-Taylor...the ref is not the timekeeper. His job is to make sure the fighters are protected.
Regardless of the time it was stopped too soon. The commentator blew up instantaneously. Usually they are very political, withdrawn and trying to sell controversial things as reasonable.
