You're being a drama queen. It's not my fault that all of you didn't do your homework and assumed this would be a walk in the park. It was the best kickboxer fighting the best boxer. That's what it was billed as, and it delivered!

Yeah I think Rico was considerably ahead - not what I'd expect from the so called GOAT against a kickboxer who even in the kickboxing world isn't considered to have good hands. Laughable performance from Usyk

And you are being delusional if you think a kickboxer giving the so called best HW on the planet absolute fits was to be expected.

@Serge expected it, @BCS8 expected it. I expected it. Because we watched him ahead of time and processed what we were seeing correctly. It's not that hard!!!

What the? You mean to tell me you saw this as a hard fight for Usyk? No way. Provide evidence of such.

"The fight is 100% legit, UTF encourage me to check out some of his matches. Rico is very skilled, one of the kickboxing goats. He's been a long time sparring partner for Tyson Fury, and kickboxers make the transition to the sport a lot better than MMA grapplers. I think Rico is going to bring it and give a very good showing of himself. He's more skilled than 80 or 90% of the current heavyweight field."

You are talking rubbish, saying it and expecting it are two different things altogether.

Nobody predicted this, Usyk looked terrible.

Rico will never be top ten level HW, again, an embarrassment for Usyk.

Giving a lot better showing is completely different to giving Usyk fits and being ahead going in to the last round.

If an off night at the back end of your career wipes out an Olympic gold and undisputed in 2 different divisions then everyone may as well pack in.

You can't have Usyk as one of the best HW's of all time and also believe a rookie kickboxer could give him a tough fight. It makes no sense unless you think HW boxing is historically trash.

Especially when Rico's hands were the weakest part of his kickboxing game anyway. It makes no sense.

You are only as good as your last race.

I didn't expect it then again I didn't watch much at all but a few highlights from Verhoeven, I didn't know what to think beyond a vague assumption Usyk would take him out after round 6. If I'd sat and watched five or ten of his fights I'd have had an informed prediction from a non combatant point of view.

I'm so sorry that you're so bad at reading this sport, but don't take it out on us.
