Beterbiev doesn’t have technique? Inoue doesn’t? Dubois doesn’t?

Bivol lacks serious power because it would be cosmically unfair. Same reason Shakur lacks serious power. Who the hell would get in a ring with either man if they were a big puncher on top of all their other advantages?

 

You should go to a boxing gym, you might find a trainer who can explain to you what I mean.
And yes, Shakur and Bivol have bad technique in regards to generating power - they both choose speed over it, and Bivol also likes volume. Beterbiev, Dubois and Inoue have really good technique that generates lots of power.

The term "arm puncher" comes from the fact that some boxers only punch with their arms, so to speak, and that they do not actually put weight behind their punches, also known as "turning over your punch", or "turning your hips into your punch".

According to this, Eifert managed to land only 12 ****ing punches in the fight.

 

Bivol landed only 105 out of 710? I swear the guys over at Compubox are getting even worse at their job.
