    I’ve bumped it.

    We’ll see what happens.

Bob Cousy played in the NBA when the entire league was around for a grand total of 5 years.

Ali made his debut when gloved boxing had already been around for 70 years. 70. 70 years of developing different techniques, styles and strategies. It was not a new sport at all. And most techniques used today were already around before Ali even turned pro.

Usyk is very skilled. On a pure fundemental level, he is ahead of Ali. That does not make him the GOAT. Ali was physically more gifted, faster, and yes a better combination puncher.

Ali also has a much deeper resume. No one rates Fury or Joshua or Dubois as all time top 15 heavyweigts. Because they aren't. Foreman and Frazier are widely regarded as top 10-15 all time heavyweights.

Look at the depth. Foreman, Frazier x 2, Liston x 2, Lyle, Shavers, Bugner x 2, Terrell, Quarry x 2, Bonavena, need i go on.

A guy like Quarry, who isn't even in Ali's top 5 wins, is a better fighter than majority of Usyk's cruiserweight competition. Quarry defeated prime hard hitting heavyweight monsters like Shavers and Lyle.

Quarry is a better more accomplished fighter than Tony Bellew for example. Bellew's best wins came over the ghost of David Haye. Bellew never showed he could handle a puncher the caliber of Shavers of Lyle (when he ran into Stevenson, he was brutally stopped).

Quarry alone has a better resume than Bellew, Mnchuni, Glowacki, Huck etc. And this isn't even a top 5 win for Ali. Yet Quarry alone is better than the majority of Usyk's cruiser competition.

Yo DMT I’m tired of you bringing up the combination punch bs and using the Rico fight to back your point up.

There isn't 3 fights/opponents out there to enhance his standing any further.

Nahh, too thin of a resume. 9 fights at HW, 7 title fights, 4 fights for the universally recognized championship, 5 Top 10 wins against 3 boxers, 6 title defences. Not Top 10 worthy. If he beats Kabayel and Itauma tho, he will have a case.

I think it is hard to argue usyk isn't in the top 10. He will probably be recognized as in the top 3 ten years from now.

If lewis didn't surpass ali in general consensus, usyk won't either

I also believe Usyk will climb into Top 5 ATG rankings past retirement. I don't see anyone surpassing Ali or Robinson as the GOATs of boxing, speaking of casual mainstream rankings

It's very easy to find 10 fighters with better, broader resumes than Usyk at HW.

Kabayel & Itauma disagree with you.
