    Chavez never did anything above 140 that gives me the confidence to send him in with Cuban Hawk.

    Many a lessor fighter beat Gavilan. If it were a catchweight at 142 I would certainly favor Julio.

    What in the world kinda question in this? One of the greatest welterweights of all time against a guy who was never effective at welterweight.

    He held ATG and in his prime Pernell Whitaker to a draw while Julio was past prime and partied out. Quite an accomplishment!
