Rico. Joshua needed two fights to win 5 rounds total on my card. It's hilarious that people reference Joshua's performance in the second fight as some ATG showing. He got dominated by a smaller man.
Rico won more rounds in one fight than AJ managed in two fights. Of course, people will point to the official scorecards to dispute this, but imo they were far too generous to AJ.
AJ won five rounds in the first fight, four in the second. Rico won five against Usyk (across 11 rounds). So Rico. But AJ did fight a much better version of Usyk, and Rico did go to the canvas and was about to get splattered.
Rico. He also fought a worse version, got put down hard and was likely going to be finished in the 12th, so a bit of a pyrrhic victory.
On the flipside, it was his 2nd ever pro bout at the age of 37 whereas AJ was supposed to be in his prime.

True, but doesn't make his performance that much better imo. It was prime AJ but a near prime Usyk too. That prime AJ beats the 39yo career heaviest sluggish Usyk that Rico fought, imo. McGregor arguably won more rounds against Mayweather than Canelo did. Its similar levels of significance, imo. Not saying Rico didn't do good, I just think comparing how he did to how AJ did is a bit of a impotent comparison.
I had Rico winning at least 7 rounds in his fight again Usyk. You can argue he won 8. So more than AJ won in each of his fights (2-3 in the first; 4-5 in the second) and maybe even more than he won in both fights combined. You can also argue he won the same amount of rounds that Fury won in both Usyk fights too.
