Against two tomato cans I can imagine, get the hype going again for a Fisher trilogy or something

More what Bosh should be doing. Him and Allen can shift enough tickets on their own to sell out York Hall or, in Dave's case, a small leisure centre against a couple of Mexican roadsweepers, while giving younger fighters from their stables a platform underneath.

That side of boxing has pretty much vanished now. Charlie Edwards boxed York Hall last Friday, stick Allen or Bosh on the bill and it probably would have sold out and been standing room only.

Makes Fisher's lack of activity even stranger. One fight since Allen face-planted him, yet they're talking about TKV and Whyte. Must be on a pretty lumpy Matchroom deal because it makes little sense otherwise.

I’m working his opponents corner on the 20th in Rotherham. I guess the plan is a mini rebuild for Dave and then a stab at the vacant British title once Riakporhe vacates for bigger things.

Theres talks of him having one of these misfit fights with someone called Chase DeMoor. For such a mediocre domestic level
heavyweight, he has done exceptionally well to keep getting these opportunities. I am surprised he hasnt lost the good will
of his fan base though, the amount of times he has fleeced his fans with either poor performances or turning up well out of shape, its surprising they still turn up for him.

That’s one fight Dave should take if it’s offered.

He could turn up like Fury after the three year bender, roll out of bed, have a livener before he leaves for the venue, and still dismantle Chase inside a round or two. The gap is that big. Misfits is mostly social media visibility hustlers trying to stretch their 15 minutes before the next lot come in and replace them.

Another reason why half of it should probably be scripted. They could have built Tate up properly instead of letting him get turned over like the rest of the manosphere lads who thought being loud online meant they could fight.

Dave’s serious boxing days are likely done, unless a British title opportunity can be manufactured or they build the Bosh trilogy. Otherwise Misfits is his lane, especially if Fisher crosses over.

Not much different to the Bosh Jr rematch for me.

Dave has the size and experience. Over 8 or 10 rounds he’d just walk Tommy down, lean on him and make it awkward. It’s a different world when you’ve got a seasoned pro in front of you, constantly feinting and making you work just to keep him off.

Tommy would gas physically and mentally once it stops being a running fight and turns into a proper one. Over 4 or 6 rounds he might be able to do what he did against Hall and just move around, but over proper distance he gets ground down.

On another note, I think Bosh Jr beats Tommy as well if he comes out the same way he did against Babic. Tommy doesn’t deal well with pressure when he’s not the one dictating the pace.

I agree. And I think Tommy is probably the best fighter in misfits (I don’t follow it closely so might be wrong) so I think Allen beats everyone in misfits.

I read that Alan wanted a decision, I wonder if there’s any video footage anywhere.

It was an entertaining four rounder, Ross gave Dave the work he needed and both guys did what they were required to do.
