Several reports suggest that Hysa was the frontrunner and apparently now the fight has been agreed. Both him and AJ will be fighting Albanians best. Hysa has great power and hasnt been dropped but he hasnt faced anyone near Furys level. Im saying Fury by stoppage in four.

Hysa is in his 40s and has never faced a top 50 heavyweight.

He's a softer opponent than Prenga, who is age 35.

Fury should be facing someone with a pulse like Jarrell Miller.

Fury is a coward who quickly found an easy opponent to avoid a difficult fight, Hysa is the Albanian version of Makhmudov, if not even worse...

Usually at HW there is some chance of "a punch from the Gods" or a horrific cut but I'm not sure that applies here.

Hysa's best chances of beating Fury:

    1. Fury suffers a fight-ending freak injury a la Glazkov vs Martin

    2. Fury goes insane, deliberately getting KO'd or DQ'd

    3. Fury is drugged (self-inflicted or otherwise) shortly before he enters the ring, or has a catastrophic physical health problem such as a stroke or heart attack

    4. The referee or a member of Fury's team sabotages him for some reason

    5. Fury is bribed/blackmailed to take a dive

    6. Hysa's gloves are loaded in such a way that his punching power increases dramatically

    What a shock!

A step down from Makhmudov too.

    Why?

Your completely missing the point of these fights

They really aren't for us to enjoy but for two fighters to prep

At least Hysa is better than AJ's opponent... I think. He is certainly rated higher.

I got no beef with his choice tho. He just wants to keep active and not risk the Joshua fight. He clearly said he doesn't want to fight any of the young guns. So let two washed up has beens have safe tune ups before cashing out.

Neither has faced a top 50 HW. Both fights suck. That being said Hysa at least has some amateur pedigree unlike Prenga.

Hysa is a mob creation. His rankings are 100% fake and underline what I told you about the corruption of these organisations.

Not a surprise both Fury and Joshua are facing two complete cans. It would’ve been foolish to expect them to take any sort of risk when a 9 figure payday is on the line

His amateur wins are not real. His level is being stopped in 2 rounds by Price, 3 rounds by Pulev.

He has some amateur pedigree unlike Prenga who has literally nothing. Both are Albanian binman. Doesn't change the fact that Hysa is significantly more experienced. When you have two manufactured can crushers that's a big difference.

51 of Hysa's 54 amateur wins were against opponents with zero wins when he fought them. Most were on their debut. Most never fought anyone else and were just paid to lose to him, even as many as 8 times. The other 3 amateur wins were against guys with just 1 win, and one of those got robbed by SD in Albania by Hysa.

He is knocking on 42 and has no amateur wins worth anything. The one name win was against a just turned 18 year old Nistor on his debut, and that could have easily been a dodgy hometown stoppage.

This is a Christopher Lovejoy type situation, even if he isnt as bad as Lovejoy.
