I'd back Joyce to pull it off. He's past his best, but still a formidable opponent.

Joyce is at risk of becoming another Danny Williams here. The only reason why Williams could not accumulate more than 33 losses in the end, was because he could not longer get sanctioned to fight. So he went to small halls and unlicenced shows to carry on fighting and losing. Joyce has lost 4 out of the last 5, and I can see him going on a long losing run from now on. He will definitely hit double figures in losses at some point.

Body for sale. I hope he has his expenses covered at least. He cannot be getting much for this fight.

Suslenkov is short compared to Joyce. There's going to be a pretty big size difference and I don't think Suslenkov is skilled enough or strong enough to overcome it.

Old Joyce by UD or TKO.

But his losses were all to name fighters and Zhang apart he was in the argument for Del and Hrgi. Hrgovic has long been viewed as the bogeyman of the division yet a 'shot' Joyce was extremely competitve against him. If he was getting battered by nobodies or up and comers id agree with your assertion but I think the manner of his last two 'losses', competitive and in it till the end, suggest he still has fights in him. I think he'll beat the big Russian....

It's crazy how, if you lose two fights in a row in boxing, you lose all your "fans." I'm still a huge fan of Joyce, and honestly, if the titles get split up, he could have his Foreman moment—though he's quite a bit worse than old Foreman right now. I can't wait for this fight; Artem isn't terrible. He looked awful against Michael Hunter, even though he won that fight, but he looked decent against Artur Mann. He stayed calm, used his jab well, and got a TKO in the third round. Not the top Russian heavyweight prospect by any means, I would say Surov would take that spot but is not a complete pushover for Joyce.

    it’s crazy

Joyce can easily beat up low and middle tier dudes and snap this losing streak

but god forbid someone lose a couple fights against good to elite fighters

I'm pretty sure Joe Joyce and Yoka are finished and both will lost on this card.
