I just read Hart died at 48 after a courageous battle against Leukemia. He was extremely popular and respected and from all accoutns a great man. He was an attorney too. R.I.P.
You can see he had a lot of guts too, from these two fights. He didn't just go the distance with Tua, he tried to make a fight of it too. Same against Sanders. The dude kept getting up when it was clear he was outgunned.
I watched your clip vs Sanders. I was thinking, stop it already as he was so outclassed and down every time Sanders put his punchers together. Sanders kept the pressure on and there was no breathing space. It ended up a total mismatch.
Sanders could have pulled off what Maskaev almost did, what Lewis did pull off. He had the height, the jab, and quicks. But he was often not sufficiently fit, in which case Tua beats down the door and stops him. That said, Tua wasn't always fit either. At their respective best, 60/40 Sanders.
