Thanks. I'd be surprised if it did and I'm one of the ones who has been saying for years that Hrgovic has the best chin in the division. I just think Moses is all wrong for him. If Hrgovic can deal with the speed, power and angles and can land with regularity himself then Moses could well be in trouble and one of Hrgovic's most underappreciated attributes is his accuracy But look at the size of Moses. Most would assume Hrgovic is the bigger man because of his height and reach but Moses is almost as tall as him and is very thick-set. Hrgovic turned pro at 25 weighing 223, Moses at 18 weighing 248. For some strange reason Hrgovic is considered a giant HW and Moses a small one by many This content is protected
Yep, I'm afraid you're right about this. I want Hrgovic to win, but Itauma's probably too fast for him. And yeah, the Warrens and Davison would NEVER EVER take this fight unless they're absolutely confident. Moses is their ultimate golden goose and future champ... They would never risk his career this early.
As usual you're on the money Serge. He's a very impressive heavyweight to watch and I'm looking forward to see if he fulfills his potential.
Thanks. If his chin is legit we could see him reign for a long time albeit even if it is it's still the HW division and he could get caught by a bomb from a massive puncher and KTFO
This has British stoppage written all over it. No chance in hell Hrgovic wins lol Exactly the same as Parker vs Wardley The 1st sign of a little trouble and the ref jumps in. If roles are reversed the ref will chat to Hrgovic for a minute then pick Itauma up off the canvas himself and say keep fighting lol.
Lol, dude. Anyone who has watched this sport for even a couple of years knows that the road to palookaville is paved with the corpses of guys who "looked" great. That being said, I have been critical of Moses, but I wish Itauma luck and give him a ton of credit for taking this fight.
in the past, hrgovic has pawed sometimes with his jab to set up his right hand. i dont think he can afford to do that against moses, who will be able to read that and time filip with a big counterpunch. and we know moses has the speed to beat him to the punch in an exchange if they throw at the same time. hrgovic needs to really snap his jab and put a lot of weight behind it if he wants to do something in this fight
Hrgovic will have to look better than ever, Itauma is the toughest opponent so far, including his amateur career, imagine the feeling among us Croats if Hrgovic wins, this is a fight in which we cannot belittle Hrgovic even if he loses, I used to be critical before, but the fact that Hrgovic agreed to this fight is a huge thing.
hilarious how anti brit this forum is or more like anti ANYONE not fighting for the USA. if Moses was American he would be talked about as the next Ali look at the hype Wilder got and he NEVER beat a proven name and yes Ortiz was not proven
Itauma’s going to be so ruthless and merciless with Hrgovic that once he blows him into bits in the 2nd and sends him to the hospital, he’ll look at Hrgovic's medical bill and say, “Not my corner, not my problem.".
I said good, great remains to be seen. Prior to this fight a lot of people couldn't fathom the idea of Itauma beating a top heavyweight, picking against him because he hasn't beaten anyone yet. Some prospects are special and many of us can visualise how a fight would go by analysing previous performances.
