Who had the Fastest hands at light heavyweight besides RJJ that we have good video of? I say Bob Foster is a good candidate here. He had real quick hands and i think at least part of his power was the result of those quick hands.
Fosters a good opening name. Billy Conn is deep in the mix. Willie Pastrano is worthy of discussion. Hearns was still fast at 175 tho it's not his sweetspot. If he stayed there a bit longer it would have been Floyd Patterson.
Adonis Stevenson had the fastest left-hand out of the people who haven't been mentioned. His left hand was crazy quick.
