I actually think before the tires fell off the Bohachuk wagon he would have been all wrong for Boots. Ortiz looked like he got out of a car accident after that fight.

Thats a fight we all want to see but I have a felling Ortiz might ask for too much to make it happen. Im an Ortiz fan but he has no belts and wants to call the shots, Boots will not let that happen.

Bohachuk is tailor made for Boots, Jorge Garcia Perez would beat Bohachuk. I mean he's a huge puncher but thats it, so was Roiman Villa

 

I don't think he recovered quickly to be honest. But hey, he won.

 

Boots and Zayas both seem like genuine nice likeable guys, no complaints.

I hate that Ennis and Zayas was made quickly by today's standards but the fight I wanted four years ago, Ennis - Ortiz has yet to happen. I am not a "Get off my lawn!" guy and I really like current boxing but that is the biggest difference between now and the 1960s through 1980s, the big matchups can take so long to happen. Back then they wanted the money and didn't wait to let it "marinate".

 

How does Vergil win? He's just a come forward guy with no wrinkles in his game. At least Zayas showed some nice offense. Vergil is just basic.
