Not boxing wise, cause the fight will suck, but think about this. Since it won't be broadcasted until the new season of his Netflix series drops, and it will only be seen by 1500 fans, we can put ourselves into shoes of a boxing fan from the pre-radio and TV era. We will have to wait for the reporters and observers to tell us/write about what they seen and we won't be able to verify their opinions. Just like people who read about fights in newspapers and boxing magazines and never saw them. Of course we can say the same thing about fights that were never recorded, but it's not the "live feeling" so to speak. And I guess that's the only "good" thing about this.
Oh I thought this was about him planning a boy's trip to put all the all-you-can-eat buffets in Manchester out of business.
Beats paying to see AJ "fight" a sparring partner. Fury's keep busy fight was never going to be against a live body with less than a months notice. He already had a tune up with Mahkmudov which is reasonable enough.
I guess beating a 46 year old former fringe contender who looks like a tranny with long hair and man-boobs is sort-of great.
The starter of this thread will cry if you justifiably criticize Joshua, by the way. Like he'll actually sob at home. It's sad.
Fury didn't almost die in a car crash just half a year ago and lost 2 best friends who was with him throughout his boxing journey. Yes, I can give AJ a pass for that. Everybody in their right mind who isn't biased would.
Do I need to pay a rent for living in your head along with AJ or can I still crash on the couch for free?
Other boxers have gone through loss and fought on, he's hardly special in that regard. Even without that, AJ hasn't beaten an actual boxer in years.
