So the CW 190 version of Evander Holyfield fights 1973 Ali. Also, had 190 lbs Holyfield been around in 1973, he would have been a heavyweight as CW wasn't around until the 1980s. Anyway, does Holyfield upset Ali?

Ali wins a decision, no way is Holyfield not going to try and make it a war.
Ali finally nails him in the latter rounds and stops him.

Muhammad Alli wouldn't be what he is if at 190lbs any boxer could beat him.

Ali is too experienced for a CW Holyfield.

A 190 Holyfield does much better at heavy than Foster, I wager to say in the late 60s, early 70s, that Holyfield would be top 5 and at least beat everyone Quarry did as well as Quarry himself

If Muhammad comes in at the same shape as he was in the second Ken Norton fight,I can see him beating Evander over the distance or by late stoppage. At 190lbs Holyfield would expect to be faster than most 200lbs plus heavyweights but a 1973 Ali would hold the advantage in that category. Even a tad slower than his 1966/67 best,Muhammad was still phenomenally fast for a heavyweight in 1973.

Ali was coming in at 220 and sitting down on his punches, Ali would be much more of a problem for smaller Holyfield than Lewis was for the larger Holyfield, Ali can still outbox him and also dominate inside brawls
