If Joseph Parker avoids a ban, who should he fight?

Can parker win a fight first, please?

Not only did he come up with a positive test (coke as a masking agent i assume?) - he also lost his last fight! (Thanks to Mr Foster probably)

But in all honesty, it's not trivial to decide what is worse, a kickboxer with one fight who is allowed to challenge for a world title or fighters who get a world title chance after losing.

Meanwhile some better fighters wait years for their chance and then lose in the meantime.

I do admit parker didn't need to fight wardley, but he did and lost and someone else should now be further in line to fight for world titles...

With Parker you could argue he earned a shot before then, and got stiffed out of it while they gave Dubios a title shot directly after losing his last one with Usyk.

But generally I agree. Parker needs to work his way back in with an impressive win first, especially to shake off rust.

Coke is no masking agent - it doesn't work like that from my google investigations
My suspicions say contamination from a very close team member who was with JP 24/7 that seems to have gone awol since the Wardley fight

Almost 8 months out of the ring for Parker at this stage. He might not even get a fight in this year at this rate.

Ok. Well that's either very unprofessional from one of the top athletes of the heavyweights and his team or just questionable.

Someone said the house they stayed in was the target of a drug raid before they came there. Add to that that apparently parker was trialed / criminally charged for drug trafficking a few years earlier (wasn't it coke?) which someone else mentioned... Very weird picture

Not coke and no Parker was not trialed / criminally charged for drug trafficking at all. His name was used as an email address possibly by associates of his.

He was never formally charged due to lack of evidence, let alone faced a trial.

Both Parker & Vatuvei's connections to meth were no secret before the wider public became aware.

Vatuvei I can kind of understand because he had finished and most likely had gone through all his income
Parker was and continues to earn shitloads so why risk that?
Not sure we will ever know the full story

For the non Kiwi or Aussies.. Vatuvei is a former high profile Rugby League star who ironically is now perusing a boxing career

People will do a lot of things for money. The Islands have also had a long history with importing drugs over the years, with some of it being exposed recently.

Joseph Parker's lying ass is genuinely hilarious. Every time he talks, it's a performance

Gassiev. Two good guys looking to add to very good careers. Let's have a world title fight!

Parker lost his opportunity against Wardley, why not give it to a top 10 that's never had a title fight and is coming off a win ?

I mean, you are not wrong that he would probably need a comeback fight, but I imagine he would still be very highly ranked. You don't lose all of your status for a high-level loss.
