Josh Taylor was p4p and undisputed.........................he completely fell apart, became vulnerable and looked below average and retired...................he peaked n fell apart in only 21 fights. I don't think anyone had a higher peak to retirement than him. People are saying Joe Joyce but Joyce was never "the man" of the division, he was never even any more than top 3-4, Josh again was undisputed. That high to low is far more significant

Srisaket Sor Rungvisai was always a brute, and world class, but after that loss to Estrada in the rematch he seemingly hit a wall. Never looked good again after that fight. I would go as far as to say that he did not look good in the two fights between the Estrada bouts too.

Cardlos Cuadras also had a brilliant fight with Gonzales, and that was the end of his prime. Even tho he was still quite young, he never recovered. Personal issues got the better of him and age caught up with later on.

Degale's fall was pretty hilarious.

As for joyce, some fighters peak later than others and he only started fighting competitive fights in his late thirties, so he'll rebound and be back, more experienced etc. Someone with his size and style could easily fight well into their 40's so hopefully he doesn't give up just because of a few losses.
There are still good fights out there for him. Why not Wilder or a Parker rematch? Also, Zhang is on the slide, why not get back in there and get one on the board against him?
