Eubank has talent but he loads up too much and makes too many exaggerated movements for my liking.

Harlem clearly concussed. Papot... he'll be champion, he'll be champion, he'll be champion.

Darren Barker with about 40-30 seconds left in round 9, a round I thought Papot won very clearly indeed and had been landing clean big shots throughout with Eubank mostly missing, says Papot ''might be edging this round''

You cant go swimming without getting wet...
I liked thst post fight comment from French translator....

Like them or not, just like boxing "needed" the Mayweathers, The Eubanks are good for UK boxing... I always liked how Harlem seems to do his own thing, doesn't live off the name, Im sure he uses it to advantage here n there but seems to live n die by his own sword, not living off the name

I will add, as far as nepo baby British welterweights go Harlem Eubank is infinitely preferable to the odious Benn. And if Benn had to share the ring with Catterall and Papot then he would not have done any better than Harlem.

It was a good fight. Eubank did really well to make it close as it was but I thought Papot won at least 4 of the first 6 rounds and with a KD and with the 2 additional KDs down the stretch for him with 3 KDs to 1 Papot was a deserved winner IMO

I think Benn vs Harlem Eubank would be a decent match up, both British/ fringe European level fighters in my eyes. However I don’t want another fight where Benn makes more ££ from his old mans rivalry.

Definitely hits harder. He got robbed against Paro, and he managed to hurt Paro on multiple occasions, far worse than even Crocker managed to.

That's why I said I think he hits harder than his KO percentage suggests as the Paro fight was the only fight I've seen of Papot's prior to tonight and I think I only saw extended HLs of it. But there's never any excuse for getting dropped x 3 by a fighter with a now even more hideous KO16% and 2 were heavy KDs where Eubank was discombobulized.

I was in Sean’s corner tonight, very frustrating stoppage for us. Very good fight though and credit to Malloy and his team.

Which is precisely why I picked Papot, if you can damn near crack Aries steel that Paro possesses. Then I knew that frail mandibled Harlem Poobank was going to go down multiple times.:sisi1

 I was surprised by Papot's tactics tonight with him boxing on the back foot. I thought he was an aggressive come forward fighter judging from the Paro fight but maybe I'm just remembering him hurting Paro and being aggressive in those instances

I'd seen his fights with Miguez, Wagner, Jkitou, Terentiev and El Mousaoui. I knew he had taking people to slick school in his arsenal.:D That's actually why his KO percentage is so low.

He displayed some nice slick moves in there tonight and had Eubank missing wildly at times
