Unless we're talking about professional boxers, and not just anyone who stepped foot in a boxing ring. By the way, don't watch if eating. Not because anyone gets hurt bad... but for different reasons, it ain't pretty.
Jake Paul to me shows that having the best training, best nutritionists, best every ****ing thing can only do so much for an athlete in any sport. Like Paul has the immense privilege to make training boxing basically his life and hes still only decent. Athleticism always gets downplayed but 65 to 70% of all sports is reliant on it, you can train as much as possible but if you have a celling your not going to break it even with juice because even that can only do so much.
the sad part is boxing will always be a circus. Crap buildup to promote the fight. Beef between enterauges..nobody fights each other. Hey, let’s fight once a year because the camps to spar are too brutal. Let’s good boxing with MMA stars cause they don’t get paid enough.. And the young idiots these days just wanna do MMA..
